AV and sound systems
In conjunction with trusted suppliers we can offer sound
equipment which is specially designed for use in temporary
structures. This gives the flexibility to control how the sound
is distributed. Induction loop systems can be provided for the
hard of hearing. In addition, we can provide public address
systems and outside concert sound equipment.
Also through our relationship with suppliers we are able to
supply audio visual equipment for use in conferences, award
ceremonies and even as a special feature at exhibitions or trade
show.
Lighting
Lighting also needs careful consideration for reasons of safety
and comfort as well as for more aesthetic reasons - walkways,
stairs, and public areas must be lit sufficiently so that exits
are clear and obstructions are highlighted. Any function that
continues after dusk must provide emergency lighting to both
public and service areas. We can advise on the most effective
and safe method of lighting any type of structure, both
internally and externally, and can provide emergency lighting to
conform to current safety standards.
Lighting effects
From traditional chandeliers to computer controlled systems to
give high specification lighting effects, we have ideas to give
every event the wow factor. Simple under lighters can give a
cool, sophisticated interior which can be complemented with
table or standard lights. Table and flower arrangements can be
lit up for maximum impact through the venue. For a stunning
night sky our starcloth ceiling and walls can be programmed to
twinkle or perform a Mexican wave across the venue.
Power
GL events Owen Brown will advise whether or not generators are
required for your event and, if so, where they will need to be
positioned.
